Once the Inspection date is fixed, the Home inspectors team along with the Tools & Equipment’s start the Flat Inspection. The tools & equipment’s are Thermal camera, level meter, socket tester, clamp meter, Hammer, Laser distance meter. TDS meter, etc
What after Flat Inspection?
After the Flat Inspection our team will provide you a detailed report in which all the defects along with the photos would be mentioned. This Flat Inspection report you may submit to the developer and get your defects rectified.
