We have done more than 2000+ inspections in the last 10+ years. But not found a single home or flat are defect free. Even if considering critical or high-impact defects we don’t find any apartment that is defect free.

Another critical problem we have observed during our inspection is 22% of the property we have inspected doesn’t have earthing in one or more electrical points. As mentioned in the IS CODE 3043:1987 “to ensure freedom from the danger of electric shock voltage exposure to persons in the area;” is the main object of earthing. Earthing is a very essential requirement for every home and should be properly inspected before possession.
