HOW WE WILL WORK FOR RE-DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

 

(BEFORE DEMOLATION)

1. After the confirmation from your side. Our technical team will visit your premises for measurement.
2. Technical team will take the measurement of your premises with laser distance meter for best accuracy.
3. Then our backhand team will prepare your premises CAD drawing & carpet area statement.
4.  Within 2 working days we will email you soft copy of CAD drawings & carpet area statement.  ( Hard copy will available if required )

(AFTER COMPLETION)

1. After the confirmation from your side. Our technical team will visit your premises for measurement & inspection of your premises.
2. Technical team will take the measurement of your premises with laser distance meter for best accuracy & inspect the house for prepare home inspection report.
3. Then our backhand team will prepare your premises CAD drawing, carpet area statement & home inspection report.
4. Home inspection report will include plumbing, electric, paint, seepage & leakage, & hardware fittings inspection. Amenities provided are accord with agreement.   
5. Within 2 working days we will email you soft copy of CAD drawings & carpet area statement.      ( Hard copy will available if required )
